Job Details: Job Location: 115 JOE NUXHALL WAY - CINCINNATI, OH, Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time, Education Level: Not Specified, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Any, Job Category: Restaurant - Food Service (Front of House), We do not serve food – WE CREATE EXPERIENCES. Our Servers represent the lifeblood of our restaurant as they engage with each guest. This position offers opportunities for one to connect with guests and provide an unforgettable dining experience as they celebrate life’s milestone moments or just out for dinner. If you have an outgoing personality and a contagious smile, we would love to talk with you. The Lager House has an above industry standard check average which will drive higher tips for a successful server.
Qualifications: Responsibilities and Requirements:
Interact with guests to provide memorable service
Responds to questions enthusiastically about the menu. Takes orders, place orders with precision based on guest’s requests and/or modifications (especially important in food allergies or sensitivities) and offers suggestions to enhance the guest experience.
Use of a point of sale system a plus

We are a spectacular restaurant, brewery, and event space in downtown Cincinnati on the banks of the Ohio River in Smale Riverfront Park, next to Great American Ballpark, Heritage Bank Arena, Paycor Stadium and adjacent to The Banks lifestyle development. Cincinnati's brewing heritage comes alive with our renowned house brewed on-site beers. Our name, our beer, and our menu pay tribute to Cincinnati's rich brewing traditions. Paired with our fantastic views, an event at the Cincinnati Lager House Restaurant and Brewery will allow guests to appreciate the wonders of the Queen City. Our Beer Baron Hall and Pilot House Board rooms have floor to ceiling windows and are ideal for rehearsal dinners and celebrations as well as business dinners and meetings. We also have a variety of spaces to host casual happy hours, dinners, and birthdays for small and large groups. The event lawn provides additional space for large scale charity and music events with a beer garden, and stage. Large groups can also reserve an entire floor to host events of up to 300. We offer plated, buffet, and reception style dining for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and happy hour. We look forward to hosting your group!
