Position Summary

We’re looking for a Server who brings more than just plates to the table — we want someone who brings energy, personality, and genuine hospitality to every shift. As the heartbeat of the guest experience, you’ll set the tone with warm welcomes, friendly conversation, and an eye for detail that makes every visit feel special. Whether it’s recommending a favorite dish, creating a memorable celebration, or keeping the vibe lively on a busy night, you’ll be part of the team that turns great meals into lasting memories. Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly with professionalism and hospitality.
Present menus, answer questions, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverages.
Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
Deliver meals and beverages to tables efficiently and ensure orders meet quality standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout service and anticipate needs proactively.
Maintain clean, organized, and presentable dining and service areas.
Collaborate with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to management as needed.
Process payments accurately and efficiently.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous serving experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
Must meet the legal age to serve alcohol (if applicable).
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
