Responsibilities:

Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide prompt, courteous service throughout their visit

Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar

Deliver food and drinks in a timely, organized manner

Ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues with professionalism and care

Stay current on menu items, daily specials, and seasonal offerings

Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining room and service areas

Collaborate with fellow team members to provide seamless service

Uphold Max Hospitality’s standards of excellence in every aspect of the dining experience

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a server, preferably in a high-volume, upscale-casual, or casual dining environment preferred 

Ability to confidently describe menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and flavors

Knowledge of wines, craft beers, and cocktails is a plus

Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple tables in a busy environment

Previous experience handling guest concerns and special requests with professionalism and grace

Skills & Qualities:

Excellent communication skills and a warm, engaging presence

Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure

A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to hospitality

Strong menu knowledge and the ability to make confident recommendations

Desire to exceed guest expectations and create meaningful connections

Professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude
