About the Role: PER DIEM SERVER NEEDED
As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests in Bridgeport. Your primary responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that all customer needs are met promptly and efficiently. You will be the face of our establishment, creating a welcoming atmosphere and fostering positive relationships with patrons. Additionally, you will collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Ultimately, your goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
