QualificationsResponsibilities

Greet guests, present menus, and provide knowledgeable recommendations

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring correct presentation

Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the dining area

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow

Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines

Process payments and handle cash and POS transactions correctly

Qualifications

Previous serving experience preferred, especially in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and customer service skills

Friendly, professional, and guest-focused demeanor

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused

Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
