Job Overview:
 The Marina Bar & Grill at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server/Bartender to join our team. This position requires delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our guests while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere. As this role is primarily outside, candidates must be comfortable working in natural elements, including sun, heat, rain, and wind.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and standards.
• Accurately handle payments, operate the point-of-sale system, and balance cash drawers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including bar areas, tables, and dining areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar and dining areas for daily service.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, ensuring a positive guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess or obtain the necessary alcohol serving certification.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work outside in natural elements, including sun, heat, rain, and wind.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Manual dexterity to operate bar and restaurant equipment.
