Provide support to servers, guests and kitchen staff with friendly, courteous and knowledgeable service.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Supervisor Responsibilities

None

Primary Duties

Assists Servers in their set-up, service and clean-up tasks.
Assists in carrying food trays to tables.
Removes soiled dishes from table; brings to dish-washing area.
Removes soiled linen and replaces with clean linen.
Sets tables with silverware, glassware, and other items.
Cleans dining room areas.
Folds napkins. 
Cleans-up spills, broken service ware and attends to similar problems during service with minimal disruption to members.
May assist banquet personnel in setting-up, serving and cleaning up after banquet functions.
Polishes silver service items.
Moves tables and chairs as needed for next member and guest diners.
Helps to maintain a fully stocked server station.
Performs other appropriate duties as assigned.

Certification/Education and Experience:

Food Handler Certificate required.

Working Condition:

There is a potential for stressful situations and for long hours including evenings and weekends shifts.
Occasionally work in a hot, humid, and noisy environment.

Physical Requirements:

Constantly communicates with members, guests, colleagues, and managers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The person in this position needs to constantly move about inside the club.
Constantly moves dishes and equipment weighing up to 60 pounds across the club for various needs.
Continuous repetitive motions.
