ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Effectively delivers on expectations ensuring a great experience for our guests.

Delivering food orders from the kitchen to Guests in a timely and accurate manner
Clearing and setting tables properly and with an excellent standard
Removing used dishes and utensils in the appropriately
Perform basic side-work as needed or directed by management
Responsible for all opening/closing and cleaning procedures
Be comfortable carrying big trays of food or drinks
Check in with customers and take additional orders or refill water, as needed
Answer Guests’ questions about ingredients and menu items
Ensuring clean facilities at our room service stations, bread stations, and floors

QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum of two years of restaurant experience is preferred. Must be detail oriented, accurate and possess good organizational abilities and be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Must possess customer service skills and strong oral communication skills. Competency in dealing with members and fellow employees under circumstances requiring tact and diplomacy.  Must possess the ability to work effectively under time deadlines

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

Will have to work together with various staff and positions at the club. Communicating with the front desk at the lodge, banquet teams, kitchen staff, valet, servers, and food runners are necessary to ensure a great experience for our guests.
