A server assistant's primary role is to help servers and provide a good dining experience for guests. Their responsibilities include:
Setting tables: Set tables with the right silverware, glassware, and dishes
Refilling drinks: Refill drinks and clear empty glasses as needed
Clearing tables: Clear dirty dishes and glasses from tables
Resetting tables: Prepare tables for the next guests
Running food: Run food to tables in a timely manner
Greeting guest: Greet guests and provide them with menus as needed
Stocking supplies: Ensure supplies are stocked before, during, and after shift
Communicating: Communicate effectively with the FOH and BOH to ensure timely service
Assisting with special needs: Respond to any special needs and requests quickly, and relay them to the server or manager, if necessary

Closed on Sundays with the exception on Easter and Mother's Day
Closed for 6 major holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day)
