What You’ll Do

Support servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately.
Learn table numbers, seating arrangements, and menu items to provide efficient service.
Anticipate member and guest needs by replenishing beverages, marking tables, and assisting throughout the dining experience.
Bus, clean, reset, and prepare tables for upcoming seatings.
Confirm the accuracy of dine-in and carryout orders before they leave the kitchen.
Keep service stations clean, organized, and properly stocked.
Assist the expeditor and other members of the service team as needed.
Respond to requests with urgency, care, and a sense of ownership.
Warmly welcome and thank members and guests.
Support other Club service areas when needed.
Complete other service-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Physical Requirements

This is an active hospitality position. With or without reasonable accommodation, employees must be able to:

Remain on their feet for most or all of the shift.
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Perform tasks requiring standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and turning.
Work in both indoor and outdoor areas throughout the year.
