Join our team at Wamesit Lanes as a Server, where no two days are the same! Youâll be the key to delivering exceptional service in a fun, fast-paced environmentâwhether in our Firewater Tavern, patio, or bowling lanes.
What Youâll Do
Deliver friendly, professional service that keeps guests coming back.
Take accurate food and beverage orders with confidence and enthusiasm.
Share menu knowledgeâingredients, allergens, and recommendations.
Stay on top of our menu and specials to guide guestsâ choices.
Clear and reset tables quickly for the next group.
Support teammates by running food, refilling drinks, and pre-bussingâeven beyond your section.
Assist with private parties and corporate events.
Handle sidework such as restocking, cleaning, and setting up stations.
Be proactiveâjump in to seat guests, answer phones, or help wherever needed.
Communicate clearly with team members and managers to keep shifts smooth.
Stay aware of everything happening throughout the center to ensure a top-notch guest experience.

Qualificationsâ
What Weâre Looking For
Experience: Previous serving or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required â weâre happy to train the right person!
Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
Pace & Positivity: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while keeping a positive attitude.
People Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities â you love connecting with guests!
Multitasking: Able to juggle priorities and stay organized during busy shifts.
Flexibility: Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and committed to teamwork.
Physical Ability: Comfortable standing and walking for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
Guest Focus: A genuine passion for creating memorable experiencesâevery time.
Screening: Employment contingent upon successfully completing a Background Check and/or CORI screening.

History
Donald MacLaren Sr. has been a life-long bowler and always had an interest in bringing an entertainment venture to his hometown of Tewksbury with his son. On February 10, 2014, that idea was born to what is now Wamesit Lanes. The original site of the Motel Caswell where Wamesit Lanes sits, gave the opportunity to thrive in a premiere location. With the help of local contractors, we are proud to say, âwe were built by Tewksbury, For Tewksburyâ. On November 9, 2015, we celebrated our Grand Opening.
Name
The name comes from the original Wamesit Bowl that once stood on the lot of Home Depot, with the intention to bring back history. The Wamesit Native American tribe once inhabited the area where Tewksbury is now located. Wamesit Lanes pays homage to the important part of local history within the name and a replication of the Pow-Wow Oak Tree.
