Join Our Team as a Server – Deliver Exceptional Service with a View!

Are you a hospitality enthusiast with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for a Server to join our dynamic team at a premier resort on the beautiful North Shore of Lake Superior. If you enjoy engaging with guests, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a collaborative team, this is the opportunity for you!

As a server, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience, creating memorable dining moments and ensuring that every guest feels welcome, valued, and well taken care of. With breathtaking views and a positive work culture, it’s a role you’ll love coming to every day.

Key Responsibilities of the Server:

• Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly and inform them of daily specials, menu changes, and recommendations.
• Food & Beverage Service: Take orders and deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring a smooth dining experience.
• Guest Satisfaction: Monitor guests’ dining experience and address any needs or concerns, ensuring that they are fully satisfied with their meal and service.
• Side Work: Complete all assigned side work to maintain a clean, organized, and stocked service area.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.

Requirements

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others
• Ability to handle guest requests and concerns in a calm and professional manner
• Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required
