Job Description
Join the team at Skybokx 109 Sports Bar & Grill as a Server in Natick, MA. We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced sports bar environment. As a Server, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience through attentive and efficient service.
Responsibilities
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to enhance guest experience
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Previous experience as a server or in customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Benefits
- Wage ranging from $6.75 to $19.00 per hour - base wage plus estimated tips for scheduled shifts paid bi-weekly. Tip earnings vary by shift; maximum reflects high-earning days for the scheduled shifts.
