About the Role:

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. You will collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely and accurate delivery of orders. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure orders are correct and meet quality standards.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing and delivery.
• Handle guest payments and provide accurate change or process electronic transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas throughout the shift.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
