Job Title: Server/Cocktail

Summary:
Serving/Cocktail position at Rock Lane Resort. This is a fast-paced, high-energy lakefront environment and a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people and being part of a team-focused atmosphere. We are looking for hardworking individuals with positive attitudes who can deliver strong customer service and create a great guest experience. Full-time and part-time positions available. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation:
$7.50/hour plus strong tip potential in a high-volume setting

Shift:
Open seven days a week
10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (times may vary)
4:00 PM – 11:00 PM (times may vary)

Skills & Qualifications:

• Enjoy working in a customer service and hospitality-driven environment

• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced setting

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to be on your feet and active for extended periods

• Sales-driven mindset with strong guest interaction skills

• Ability to learn and operate POS systems (Toast experience is a plus)

• Learn and confidently describe cocktail and food menus

• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in order taking and service

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Experience:
Food and beverage experience is a plus but not required
