About Dear Charlotte

Dear Charlotte is a new Mediterranean-inspired rooftop restaurant, bar, and event destination coming to Charlotte’s Steele Creek area. With a vibrant indoor/outdoor setting, cocktail-forward beverage program, and elevated food menu, we’re creating a high-energy hospitality experience designed for dinner, brunch, private events, and memorable nights out.

We’re building our service team from the ground up and are looking for Servers who are passionate about hospitality and excited to help define the guest experience from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver elevated, high-energy hospitality to every guest

• Guide guests through food, beverage, and menu selections

• Develop strong knowledge of the menu, cocktails, wine, and overall concept

• Anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences

• Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining service standards

• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams

• Handle guest questions, requests, and service recovery professionally

• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished dining environment

• Support private events and special experiences as needed

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of serving experience preferred

• Strong communication and guest engagement skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Strong menu and beverage learning ability

• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented personality

• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

• Ability to remain composed and professional during high-volume service
