Your Mission

As a Senior / Lead Product Marketing Manager at Mimica, you'll join as one of two foundational Product Marketing hires, with significant ownership in shaping how we position and take our products to market.

You'll develop a deep understanding of our technology, customers, and competitive landscape and turn that insight into clear, differentiated positioning that resonates with enterprise buyers. You'll work at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales — influencing how we build, launch, package, and communicate our products and how our story translates across different industries, use cases, and customer segments.

We're looking for versatile product marketers and expect our first two hires to bring complementary strengths. You might lean more deeply into product and technical positioning, or bring particular strength in GTM, ICP, and industry positioning. In either case, you'll be comfortable moving between product detail, customer insight, market strategy, and commercial execution.

Part of your day-to-day

• Own and evolve positioning and messaging for Mimica's products, capabilities, and use cases, translating sophisticated technology into differentiated narratives that matter to customers.

• Partner with Product from early development through launch, defining target audiences, positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and launch plans.

• Develop a deep understanding of our customers, competitors, market, and emerging technologies, using those insights to strengthen positioning and inform Product and GTM decisions.

• Translate our core product positioning into narratives tailored to different industries, use cases, personas, and segments, identifying where and how our value proposition should change for different audiences

• Turn positioning and customer insight into high-impact assets, including product narratives, launch materials, website messaging, use-case and industry stories.

• Partner with Sales Enablement to equip customer-facing teams with the messaging, competitive context, product understanding, and proof points they need to sell effectively.

• Work with Content, Demand Gen, and the broader Marketing team to translate product and market insights into compelling campaigns, thought leadership, events, and content.

• Help shape the Product Marketing function itself, establishing repeatable frameworks, processes, and ways of working that can scale as Mimica grows.

What you will bring

• 6-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing or a closely related discipline, with a track record of owning meaningful product positioning and go-to-market work.

• Experience taking a new product, capability, or solution from early development to market, including shaping its positioning rather than simply executing an established playbook.

• Experience marketing complex enterprise software to multiple buyers and stakeholders.

• Strong product and technical curiosity, with the ability to understand sophisticated technology in enough depth to identify what is genuinely differentiated and why customers should care.

• Experience adapting a horizontal product or platform story across different industries, use cases, ICPs, or customer segments.

• Strong commercial judgment and an understanding of how positioning and messaging translate into effective launches, sales conversations, pipeline, and customer adoption.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complexity into clear, memorable, and credible narratives.

• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize customer, product, competitive, and market inputs into a clear point of view.

Bonus

• Experience in Product, Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, Engineering, or another technically oriented role is a strong plus.

• Comfort operating in a high-growth environment with significant ownership and ambiguity, where you'll help build the playbook rather than inherit one.
