What you will have an opportunity to do:

The Senior Treasury Analyst provides strategic leadership for the Company's treasury function and is responsible for overseeing treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, treasury systems, payment operations, and merchant services. This role ensures the effective administration of the Company's banking infrastructure while maintaining strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention measures that safeguard the organization's financial assets.

The Senior Treasury Analyst leads the development and execution of treasury strategies, policies, and procedures that support operational excellence and the Company's long-term financial objectives. This position partners with executive leadership, Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Operations, and external banking partners to optimize banking structures, improve cash flow and working capital management, enhance treasury technologies, and drive continuous process improvements. Through strategic analysis, financial oversight, and cross-functional leadership, the Senior Treasury Analyst strengthens treasury operations, mitigates financial risk, and supports the Company's continued growth and financial success.

What are we looking for?

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Lead the Company's treasury function by developing and executing treasury strategies that support organizational objectives, liquidity management, and long-term financial stability.

· Direct and oversee all banking relationships, serving as the primary liaison with financial institutions to negotiate banking services, optimize fee structures, and evaluate new treasury solutions.

· Provide strategic oversight of the Company's cash management activities, including liquidity planning, cash positioning, working capital optimization, and short- and long-term cash flow forecasting.

· Establish and maintain governance over the administration of domestic and international bank accounts, authorized signatories, treasury systems, and banking documentation to ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

· Oversee merchant services, payment platforms, and treasury technology, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, automate processes, and enhance the employee and customer payment experience.

· Develop, implement, and continuously improve treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls to strengthen financial governance, mitigate risk, and safeguard Company assets.

· Direct fraud prevention initiatives by evaluating treasury controls, payment security, banking protocols, and emerging risks while implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.

· Provide executive-level reporting and analysis related to liquidity, banking relationships, cash flow, debt, treasury performance, payment trends, and financial risk, making recommendations to senior leadership.

· Lead enterprise treasury initiatives, including banking structure optimization, treasury management system implementations, acquisitions, divestitures, organizational restructuring, and other strategic business projects.

· Partner with Accounting, Finance, Payroll, Tax, Operations, Human Resources, and executive leadership to ensure treasury strategies align with organizational priorities and support business growth.

· Ensure compliance with banking regulations, contractual obligations, internal policies, audit requirements, and financial governance standards.

· Mentor, develop, and provide leadership to treasury staff while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and operational excellence.

· Serve as the Company's treasury subject matter expert, advising leadership on financial risks, banking strategies, liquidity management, and treasury best practices.

· Perform other treasury management responsibilities, financial analyses, and special projects as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides strategic leadership and oversight of the Treasury function, including the supervision, coaching, mentoring, and development of Treasury Analysts, Treasury Analysts, and other assigned staff. Responsible for workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture.

Establishes departmental goals, monitors performance metrics, allocates resources, and ensures treasury operations are executed in accordance with Company policies, internal controls, regulatory requirements, and financial objectives. Partners with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement, strengthen organizational capabilities, and support enterprise-wide financial initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree (MBA or related discipline) preferred

· 8–10 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, treasury, banking, or a related discipline; treasury experience preferred

· Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation strongly preferred.

· Demonstrated success developing treasury strategies, managing enterprise banking relationships, and leading treasury operations for a multi-entity organization.

· Extensive knowledge of cash management, liquidity forecasting, working capital optimization, treasury management systems, banking products, payment technologies, and financial risk management.

· Advanced understanding of banking regulations, treasury governance, internal controls, fraud prevention, and financial compliance requirements.

· Experience leading treasury technology implementations, banking structure optimization, process automation, and enterprise-wide treasury initiatives.

· Proven ability to negotiate banking agreements, evaluate financial service providers, and manage complex banking relationships.

· Advanced financial analysis and forecasting skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, treasury management systems, and business reporting tools.

· Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and managing high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

· Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills with the ability to influence executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

· Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and decision-making skills with the ability to translate financial analysis into operational and business recommendations.
