Senior Technical Recruiter - Hardware

SambaNova is a leader in next-generation AI infrastructure, delivering a full-stack inference platform for customers worldwide. At the core of SambaNova's technology is the RDU (Reconfigurable Dataflow Unit) — a chip built on a dataflow architecture rather than the traditional GPU model. Its decode performance is especially strong for agentic workloads like multi-turn agents, code generation, and long-running applications. RDUs are packaged into SambaRack, rack-scale hardware that lets customers deploy state-of-the-art models with better performance, greater energy efficiency, and faster time to value.

The Talent Acquisition team works with SambaNova leadership to build the teams behind the Reconfigurable Dataflow Unit (RDU), the chip powering our full-stack AI platform.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with hardware engineering. You'll own full lifecycle recruiting for Design Verification, ASIC design, physical design, and PCB/systems engineering, working directly with hiring managers to define roles, calibrate pipelines, and close top talent in a competitive market.

This is 6-month contract with the option to extend or covert to a full-time position based on performance. 

Responsibilities

• Partner with hardware hiring managers to define roles, write job descriptions, calibrate pipeline, and design interviews
• Source passive silicon talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, conferences, and targeted outreach into the semiconductor community
• Own full lifecycle recruiting for hardware roles across Design Verification, ASIC/RTL design, physical design, and PCB/systems engineering
• Keep feedback loops tight across interviewers and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse and track the metrics that matter

Required Experience

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience focused on semiconductors
• Proven track record filling roles such as Design Verification, ASIC/RTL Design, and Physical Design
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing passive talent
• Existing network within the silicon engineering community
• Ability to influence senior engineering leadership
• Excellent creative writing skills
• Strong organizational skills
• AI fluency with the ability to enhance productivity and workflows
• Proficiency with Greenhouse

Base Salary Range:

Base Pay Range$170,000—$230,000 USD
