Job Description

The role:
ServiceNow is looking for a Senior Staff Inbound Product Manager to own and build a new AI tool suite that shows a customer exactly where agentic AI will pay off in their business: the highest ROI workflows to agentify, whether their data is ready and build AI tools to fix it, and demonstrate the projected return. 
This is a single threaded owner role for a builder. You’ll collaborate with customers and internal teams such as forward deployment engineering, solutions consultants to release new product & capabilities, drive adoption at scale, and gather insights that shape the future of our products. This is a strategic, hands-on role with significant visibility and impact across the company.
 

What You'll Do:

• Own AI tooling from vision and roadmap to execution and launch. Set the standard for rigor and executive grade output on a fast moving, high visibility bet. 
• Define and drive multi-quarter strategy for core platform components and align with engineering on sequencing and tradeoffs.
• Consolidate existing isolated toolsets, by deeply integrating them into one experience while adding new capabilities to build ServiceNow’s most comprehensive pre-sales AI tool suite. Tooling includes mining existing dataset to suggest high ROI agentic workflows, discover gaps in data readiness for AI, build features to automatically fix those gaps, and invest in quantitative ROI calculators for customer’s AI investments.
• Build for the field first. Your primary users are ServiceNow solution consultants, account owners, and forward deployment engineers who run the motion on the customer's behalf. Run discovery with them, ship what makes them faster and sharper, and turn their customer conversations into a repeatable way to show AI value.
• Develop future leaders. Mentor product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and technical excellence.
• Synthesize complexity into clarity. Communicate platform strategy, architectural tradeoffs, and roadmap priorities to executive, technical, and customer audiences with precision. 

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

• 10+ years of experience in product management with substantial time on AI products/generative AI tooling layers at a top-tier AI company; you’ve personally written detailed specs and pushed back on engineering architecture and demonstrated success bringing AI-powered products to market, including experience building AI tools for internal or external consumption.
• Experience with generative AI and agentic technologies (LLMs, AI agents, agent orchestration, MCP) with hands-on product ownership of LLM-based systems and real-world failure modes.
• Proven ability to collaborate across diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Execution excellence: A track record of delivering high-quality, scalable features at speed while maintaining a laser focus on outcomes that matter.
• Customer obsession: Deep empathy for users and the ability to translate complex needs into elegant, customer-centric solutions.
• Data-driven mindset: Expertise in leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to validate hypotheses, guide strategy, and measure success.
• Strategic problem-solving: Comfort navigating ambiguity, uncovering root problems, and clearly communicating trade-offs to drive choices.

FD21

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $190,900 - $334,100, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
