Senior Solution Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Solution Consultant based in United States.

The Senior Solution Consultant will provide technical expertise across enterprise software projects, from initial requirements gathering through implementation and production rollout. This role focuses on designing and delivering solutions involving document capture, content management, storage, workflow, and related business applications. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into practical technical solutions. The position combines solution design, software configuration, development, testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation. You will contribute to design reviews and help ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements. This is a remote role with up to 25% travel and broad exposure to enterprise technology environments.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and implement enterprise content management solutions covering document capture, storage, workflow, and related platform capabilities.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements, clarify objectives, and determine the feasibility and technical approach for requested solutions.
• Consult with clients to understand business processes, automation opportunities, desired functionality, and input and output requirements.
• Interpret functional specifications and translate high-level designs into detailed technical tasks and solution components.
• Participate in internal design reviews and contribute technical expertise to functional specifications and solution architecture.
• Configure, develop, install, and test software applications to support customer requirements and project objectives.
• Create test transactions and execute testing to identify defects, validate functionality, and confirm solutions meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide assistance related to application errors, problems, and user questions.
• Research and evaluate software and hardware technologies that can support programming requirements or serve as solution platforms.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation covering application development, logic, coding, testing, modifications, and corrections.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering through final production deployment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and professional experience; an associate degree or higher is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience developing, analyzing, and documenting software applications or an equivalent combination of education and expertise.
• At least 1 year of experience working with OnBase or comparable enterprise content management solutions.
• Experience with imaging, document management, content management, and OCR technologies is strongly preferred.
• Experience with OnBase or comparable capture and workflow platforms such as FileNet, Documentum, OpenText, Kofax, AnyDoc, or similar technologies is preferred.
• Knowledge of .NET programming and experience with N-tier web-based applications using C# and ASP.NET.
• Ability to extend web applications and create dynamic user experiences using technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and/or AJAX.
• Understanding of system architecture, enterprise content management, scanning, quality control, workflows, databases, and application interfaces.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with clients and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with project teams and customers.
• Microsoft or industry certifications such as MCTS, MCIPD, MCIPT, CDIA+, ECMp, MCP, MCSD, Certified Document Imaging Architect, Certified OnBase Installer, or Workflow Architect are a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
• Candidates must reside in an eligible U.S. location; recruitment is currently unavailable in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Rhode Island, Washington, and New York.
