Overview
This role will provide dedicated Scrum Master support for Data & Analytics teams, with a focus on improving Agile execution, Azure DevOps discipline, delivery visibility, and team coordination.
How you'll make an impact
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support predictable sprint delivery across two aligned teams.
- Partner with the Business Analyst to ensure backlog readiness, clear acceptance criteria, and effective sprint intake.
- Own Azure DevOps setup, workflow consistency, dashboards, and delivery reporting.
- Establish QA gates and process standards to improve quality, reduce rework, and increase transparency.
- Remove blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, and escalate risks with mitigation options.
- Ideally looking for someone who has integrated Scrum from the ground up.
About You
- 7+ years of Agile experience, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
- Experience supporting multiple delivery teams in data engineering, analytics, or technology environments.
- Strong Azure DevOps experience, including boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
Preferred Experience
- CSM, PSM, SAFe, Azure, or data-related certifications.
- Experience standing up Agile processes, QA gates, or governance practices.
