About the Role

QISG is seeking a Senior Scheduler to support complex EPC Transmission & Distribution projects from engineering through construction and commissioning. This is a scheduling-focused role requiring strong, hands-on Primavera P6 experience. The Senior Scheduler will develop, maintain, update, and analyze project schedules while working closely with Project Managers, engineering, procurement, contractors, and field teams.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain CPM and Linear Schedule Method (LSM) schedules in Primavera P6.
• Build and update schedules covering engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Manage schedule logic, sequencing, baselines, milestones, constraints, and critical path.
• Incorporate field progress and provide accurate schedule updates and forecasts.
• Develop look-ahead and short-interval schedules.
• Identify schedule risks, delays, and impacts and develop recovery plans.
• Perform critical path, float, what-if, and schedule impact analysis.
• Lead schedule reviews with Project Managers, clients, contractors, and field teams.
• Develop resource- and cost-loaded schedules to support project performance reporting.
• Support EVM and KPI reporting related to schedule performance and progress.
• Maintain schedule documentation and support contractual schedule requirements.
• Use Primavera P6, TILOS, Acumen, Excel, and other scheduling tools.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on construction scheduling experience; 8+ preferred.
• Utility EPC experience in Transmission, Distribution, Substation, Power Delivery, Renewables, or similar heavy construction.
• Advanced Primavera P6 experience is required.
• Strong CPM scheduling experience, including schedule development, updates, forecasting, logic, critical path, and recovery planning.
• Experience with resource- and cost-loaded schedules.
• LSM experience preferred.
• TILOS and/or Deltek Acumen experience is a plus.
• Experience coordinating schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead schedule discussions with project and field teams.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically.
