What You'll Do
As a Senior Sales Executive, you'll own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while serving as a trusted advisor to banking executives.

• Develop new business within community and regional banks and credit unions.
• Build long-term relationships with CEOs, Presidents, COOs, CIOs, Operations leaders, and other executive decision-makers.
• Lead consultative discovery conversations that uncover operational challenges and position FINBOA's AI-powered SaaS platform as the solution.
• Deliver compelling virtual and in-person presentations demonstrating measurable business value and ROI.
• Generate opportunities through networking, outbound prospecting, referrals, industry events, and strategic relationship building.
• Partner with marketing to convert qualified leads into new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Product, and Customer Success to deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial engagement through implementation.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing customer relationships.
• Represent FINBOA at banking conferences, trade shows, and executive networking events.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasting in HubSpot CRM.

Who You Are
You're not simply a salesperson, you build trust, create executive partnerships, and help customers solve meaningful business challenges.

You bring:

• 3+ years of successful enterprise SaaS sales experience within fintech or financial services.
• Experience selling AI-powered technology solutions or complex software platforms.
• A proven ability to build relationships with executive leadership and guide multiple stakeholders through complex buying decisions.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, payments, compliance, automation, or financial technology.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing consultative, solution-based sales cycles.
• A competitive drive balanced by genuine curiosity and a customer-first mindset.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
