* Provisioning, Aggregation & Reconciliation
* Access Certifications & Access Reviews
* Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
* Segregation of Duties (SoD) policy implementation
* SailPoint Workflows, Rules, Forms & Custom Connectors
* Active Directory (AD) and LDAP integration
* Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID
* REST & SOAP APIs
* Application Onboarding into SailPoint IIQ
* Troubleshooting & Performance Tuning of IIQ
* CI/CD & DevOps for SailPoint deployments
* Cloud Platforms: Azure or AWS
* IAM Security Best Practices and Governance
