Your Mission

As a Senior Relationship Manager – Strategic Accounts, your objective is to lead and grow Nuvei’s most strategic and high-value merchant relationships. This is a net-new role created to provide the level of specialized coverage, strategic oversight, executive engagement, and commercial leadership required to retain and expand a portfolio of complex, enterprise-level clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping merchants unlock growth, navigate complexity, and maximize long-term value from their partnership with Nuvei. Key responsibilities include

• building and maintaining strong customer relationships

• Identifying opportunities to grow wallet share and negotiating contractual terms
• Providing payment solutions and support to drive business growth
• Ensuring consistent and reliable revenue growth

• Be an expert in ecommerce and payments with deep, relevant experience across card acquiring, APMs, gateway, treasury, and adjacent enterprise payment solutions.

• Have 10+ years of experience in the merchant services or digital payments industry in a quota-carrying, client-facing role, including proven success managing complex, enterprise-level clients.
• Have responsibility for raising the standard across Relationship Management and partner teams by bringing strong commercial judgment, enterprise account discipline, and executive-level client leadership.
• Commercially orientated; adept at selling complex, technology-based solutions • Able to quickly form new and meaningful relationships externally and internally.
• Highly numeric with an ability to review transaction and commercial data to understand trends and generate business insights and meaningful recommendations.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and demanding environment where solutions are not always immediately obvious.
• Act as a center point to a wide range of internal functions.
• Be highly effective at engaging, influencing, and presenting to senior executives within both client organizations and Nuvei leadership.
• Be able to travel with some regularity within the Americas for quarterly business reviews, customer meetings and industry events.
