We are looking for talent across Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Vice President levels to proactively consult clients on integrated marketing and communication strategies and effectively manage account teams to service the scope of work with outcomes that meet and exceed client expectations. Successful candidates will be able to build strong relationships with clients to retain and grow a portfolio of accounts, lead and participate in all stages of new business pitches and counsel clients in one-to-one settings as a primary strategic partner.

Ideal Candidates will:

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of overarching integrated marketing services, spending a minimum of 5 years working with financial services clients
• Have extensive experience working within an Agency setting, handling multiple client accounts and leading account teams, and understand how different media channels can be applied to meet objectives
• Hold honest, “tough” conversations with client contacts to ensure the client is happy and the account is retained or growing
• Manage up and down to ensure that teams are meeting their deadlines and goals
• Have a passion for creating excellent and high-quality deliverables and engaging contributions to the Vested culture
• Maintain a strong spirit of collaboration and encourage teamwork across their accounts

\n$115,000 - $165,000 a yearCompensation will vary based on the candidate's individual experience.\n

Vested US is a fully flexible company, with headquarters in New York and an office in Iowa. Vested does not require a minimum number of days in a local office, but we believe in-person collaboration is important for professional development, building relationships with clients, and working with other Vested team members. Our offices are open 5 days a week and working hours are Monday through Friday, starting at 9 am EST.
