Job Description

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for turning company priorities into clear plans and driving them through successful completion.

Working closely with leadership, you'll lead projects across Marketing, Copywriting, Marketing Automation, Customer Operations, Events, Coaching, Product, Sales, and external partners.

Projects may include coaching and course launches, webinars, book campaigns, sales funnels, email campaigns, digital products, live events, and other major company initiatives.

You'll need to understand how all of these pieces work together, what needs to happen and when, who owns each deliverable, what depends on what, and where a delay could put a launch or business objective at risk.

This is not an administrative project management position. Our client needs an experienced operator who can take an outcome, build the plan required to achieve it, lead multiple departments through execution, anticipate problems, hold people accountable, and relentlessly close loops until the intended result has been delivered.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple projects at once across coaching and course launches, webinars, book campaigns, marketing campaigns, sales funnels, digital products, live and virtual events, and other company priorities.

• Personally build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, milestones, ownership, and workflows within Asana or similar.

• Lead projects across Marketing, Copywriting, Marketing Automation, Customer Operations, Events, Coaching, Product, Sales, leadership, and external partners.

• Drive revenue generating launches involving webinars, sales funnels, email campaigns, landing pages, copy, CRM and marketing automation, affiliates, promotional windows, testing, and hard launch deadlines.

• Manage major live events with 2.5K+ attendees, PM'ing the marketing, promotion, vendors, logistics, internal teams, timelines, and dependencies required for successful execution.

• Understand the commercial importance of deadlines and make sure teams know what must happen, by when, and what is at risk when a critical deliverable slips.

• Validate completion by reviewing critical deliverables, confirming requirements have been met, performing final QA checks, and closing execution gaps before launch.

• Assess the existing Project Management environment and Asana setup, preserve what works, improve what doesn't, and lead a Project Coordinator while creating greater visibility and accountability across the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands on Project Management, launch management, product/program management, or similar experience in a fast moving organization.

• Experience leading complex projects across multiple established departments, with the ability to drive accountability, manage competing dependencies, and keep teams on track without becoming the individual executor for every delayed deliverable.

• Experience inside a creator led coaching or personal development business that sells courses, memberships, high ticket coaching, digital products, or live events through direct response marketing.

• Direct experience personally managing revenue generating launches such as coaching or course launches, webinars, book campaigns, sales funnels, email campaigns, affiliate campaigns, or other major promotional initiatives.

• Experience with affiliate marketing, high ticket offers, memberships, masterminds, book launches, or other creator led offers.

• Strong understanding of direct response marketing and launch workflows, including sales funnels, email campaigns, landing pages, webinars, CRM and marketing automation, promotional windows, testing, and hard launch deadlines.

• Experience managing live events (in the thousands of attendees) and understanding the full event lifecycle, including marketing, promotion, vendors, logistics, timelines, and execution.

• Track record of leading multiple departments in remote settings.

• Exceptional attention to detail. Your work is clean, accurate, and on time, and you don't leave loops open.

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced environment with multiple simultaneous launches, hard deadlines, and high commercial stakes.

Nice to Have

• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.

• Experience with Infusionsoft/Keap, HubSpot, or similar CRM/automation platforms.

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and dashboard/reporting skills.
