Senior Project Manager

What's the role?

Modern Campus is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex customer implementations and Professional Services engagements while helping strengthen project delivery across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading customer implementations, solving delivery challenges, mentoring project managers, and improving how Professional Services delivers successful customer outcomes.

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead complex customer implementations while providing delivery leadership across multiple teams and customer stakeholders.

You'll:

• Lead complex customer implementation projects from planning through successful completion.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, governance, quality, and customer communications.
• Coordinate delivery across Functional Consulting, Technical Consulting, Digital Experience, Quality Assurance, Product, and Customer Success.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and executive updates.
• Mentor Project Managers and support continuous improvement across Project & Program Management.
• Leverage AI to improve project planning, governance, communication, and delivery effectiveness.
• Contribute to improving project management standards and customer delivery practices.

What you offer...

• 5+ years of project management experience within software, SaaS, or Professional Services.
• Demonstrated success leading complex customer implementations.
• Strong project governance, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring Project Managers or leading delivery teams.
• Strong organizational leadership and customer relationship skills.
• Passion for delivery excellence and continuous improvement.
