Senior Project Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Project Analyst based in the United States.

The Senior Project Analyst will support Connected Factory initiatives that drive operational transformation across multiple manufacturing sites.
You will provide project controls, analysis, scheduling, and reporting to keep complex initiatives on track.
Working closely with Project Managers, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program Management teams, you will monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, and deployment readiness.
You will turn project data into actionable insights through dashboards, executive reporting, and performance analysis.
The role combines structured project management with data-driven problem solving in a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment.
Your work will help leadership identify blockers, make informed decisions, and maintain momentum across major transformation initiatives.

Accountabilities:

• Support Connected Factory project execution across multiple manufacturing sites by tracking milestones, deliverables, actions, and overall progress.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze Microsoft Project schedules, ensuring accurate milestones, task dependencies, timelines, and status updates.
• Partner with Project Managers and site teams to monitor deployment readiness, identify blockers, and track corrective actions through resolution.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide visibility into project performance, milestones, risks, and key metrics.
• Maintain RAID logs and other PMO tools to track risks, actions, issues, and dependencies, escalating critical items and recommending appropriate actions.
• Analyze project data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities that could affect execution or key milestones.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, status reports, and communications that translate complex project information into clear, actionable insights.
• Support project governance activities, including daily and weekly project routines, leadership reviews, action tracking, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management, and other functional teams to maintain alignment on priorities and deliverables.
• Use Microsoft Project, Power BI, Planview, Microsoft Office, and other project management tools to maintain accurate project data and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
• Demonstrated professional or educational experience communicating effectively in both English and Spanish, verbally and in writing.
• U.S. citizenship is required because access to certain information and systems under the applicable program or contract is restricted to U.S. citizens.
• Experience supporting manufacturing transformation, digital manufacturing, or Connected Factory initiatives is preferred.
• Experience managing project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical-path activities.
• Familiarity with RAID logs, PMO processes, project governance, and project controls.
• Experience creating dashboards, executive reports, and data-driven presentations using Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience collaborating across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management, or other cross-functional organizations.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments and operational transformation initiatives.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to identify risks, analyze trends, and recommend practical actions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex project information into concise and actionable updates for both project teams and leadership.
