Our client’s hardware, services, and subscriptions business is rapidly scaling its brand portfolio. In this high-impact role, you will apply deep program management expertise, strategic foresight, and creative problem-solving to drive the highest-priority initiatives across global, regional, and local teams. You will foster cross-functional collaboration, design scalable governance frameworks, and build a cohesive community across the organization.

As the Senior Program Manager for P&D Marketing, you will own the full execution lifecycle of marketing projects and processes—from intake and strategic roadmap forecasting, to executive review orchestration, cross-functional solutioning, and continuous improvement. Sitting within the Strategy, Insights, Analytics, and Operations group, your mandate is to bridge high-level business goals with execution reality, cut through organizational ambiguity, manage critical information flow to Senior Leadership Teams, and ensure operational efficiency across complex global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Program & Product Leadership: Guide stakeholders through new product initiatives, driving daily prioritization, requirements, and schedule management.

• Change Management & Adoption: Lead organizational change across Marketing by establishing processes, holding teams accountable, and reinforcing program usage.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align diverse cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and build a transparent, inclusive culture.

• Stakeholder & Risk Management: Lead large-scale alignment meetings (50+ stakeholders), proactively mitigating risks and negotiating timeline delays.

• Executive Communication: Deliver executive-level presentations and maintain clear communication cadences on project status, resource needs, and priorities.

• Process Architecture & Governance: Design realistic governance frameworks, review cadences, and templates that streamline execution without operational friction.

• Strategic Forecasting & Capacity: Map project timelines against annual business goals to evaluate organizational bandwidth and manage capacity effectively.

• Data-Driven Strategy & Problem Solving: Scope ambiguous problems, analyze complex data points, and drive strategic buy-in through data-driven storytelling.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience 

• 8+ years leading complex, end-to-end marketing campaigns, production lifecycles, and high-impact program initiatives within global matrixed organizations.

• Design and scale frictionless governance frameworks, review cadences, and operational templates to streamline campaign execution.

• Align project timelines with annual business goals, assess organizational bandwidth, and forecast upstream and downstream impacts.

• Lead organizational adoption and drive consensus across diverse teams through clear accountability, positive reinforcement, and structured problem-solving.

• Facilitate large-scale alignments (50+ stakeholders), resolve cross-functional delays, and deliver solution-oriented executive escalations.

• Analyze complex data points to uncover stakeholder needs, present clear project status updates, and secure alignment through data-driven storytelling.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 2+ years navigating complex, large-scale organizations.

• Specialized in marketing, program management, building scalable processes, and utilizing project management software.

• Balances long-term strategic vision with near-term delivery, distilling complex data into compelling narrative insights.

• Delivers clear written, visual, and oral presentations to effectively influence peers, cross-functional leads, and leadership.
