The Role

At Sovos, we're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead pricing and monetization strategy across our global portfolio. You'll answer critical commercial questions: what we sell, how we package it, how we price it, and how we differentiate. This role sits at the nexus of Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Strategy, translating complex commercial decisions into clear narratives and compelling sales motions.

More specifically, you will:

• Develop and own product marketing strategies for major pricing, packaging, and monetization initiatives across the Sovos portfolio, translating complex commercial decisions into clear customer value propositions and differentiated positioning.
• Partner with GTM teams, executive leadership, Product, and Finance to shape pricing and packaging strategies based on customer value, competitive dynamics, product capabilities, and business objectives.
• Create compelling sales narratives, battlecards, talk tracks, presentations, FAQs, and executive-ready communications that help Sales, customers, and partners understand pricing and packaging changes and why they matter.
• Equip Sales with customer-facing templates, value stories, objection handling resources, and competitive talk tracks, ensuring field readiness and supporting strategic deals where pricing or competitive positioning is a factor.
• Partner with Finance and Business Operations to assess the commercial impact of pricing and packaging decisions using customer, product, competitive, and financial data to develop recommendations and business cases.
• Leverage AI tools to analyze adoption, expansion, discounting, and commercial performance indicators, and design pricing and packaging experiments that drive portfolio simplification and expansion opportunities.
• Serve as the product marketing lead for major pricing and monetization initiatives, influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, and presenting recommendations to executive audiences.

What You Bring to Sovos

• You've built relevant experience in product marketing, product strategy, or commercial strategy, with experience in SaaS pricing and packaging is helpful but not required — we'll assess your strategic and analytical capabilities in SaaS pricing and packaging.
• You've marketed complex B2B SaaS products to enterprise customers and demonstrated ability to develop positioning, messaging, and compelling commercial narratives.
• You communicate exceptionally well in writing and verbally, with strong presentation skills and the ability to present to executive audiences.
• You're comfortable using data to make and defend commercial recommendations, analyze trends, and develop business cases, even if financial modeling isn't your primary background.
• You take complex information and reduce it to simple, compelling stories, and you thrive operating independently in ambiguous, cross-functional environments.
• Comfort with AI-assisted workflows and tools to enhance analysis, content creation, and strategic recommendations.
• Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hire.
