Senior Product Manager, Stella AI

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Stella AI who’s excited to make an impact. In this role, you will be responsible for leading product strategy and execution within Stella, ServiceTrade's suite of agentic AI products. This role bridges product execution with strategic leadership—balancing hands-on product ownership with cross-functional collaboration, at a moment when technology, data, and AI are reshaping how essential service work gets done. You'll lead initiatives for high-impact, AI-powered features, partnering with engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams to drive adoption and deliver measurable outcomes.

On the Product Management team, you’ll have the opportunity to bring new AI capabilities to market. You'll help set the standard for how ServiceTrade builds and ships products that earn customer trust, deliver tangible value, and drive real adoption rather than skepticism.

About You:

You are an experienced SaaS Product Manager with a strong technical foundation and a proven record of shipping AI capabilities that drive real customer adoption, trust, and measurable business ROI. Grounded in empathy for commercial service contractors, you excel at translating complex customer workflows and operational pain points into clear, high-impact product requirements and agentic AI features. You thrive in high-trust, fast-paced, agile environments where you can balance long-term strategic vision with hands-on, day-to-day product leadership. A skilled communicator and cross-functional collaborator, you smoothly bridge the gap between engineering discussions and executive strategy, while actively championing the use of AI tools in your own workflow to make research, analysis, and execution faster and smarter. 

Key Responsibilities and Activities:

• Drive AI Product Strategy & Execution: Lead strategic planning and tactical delivery for Stella products within ServiceTrade's suite of agentic AI products, ensuring each capability is grounded in real customer workflows and delivers measurable value.
• Own the Roadmap: Define, refine, and prioritize AI-powered features that support ServiceTrade's mission to help commercial service contractors grow their business.
• Customer & Market Discovery: Serve as the voice of the customer by engaging with users, prospects, and partners to deeply understand their workflows and pain points, and to identify where AI and automation can meaningfully reduce manual work.
• Launch AI Capabilities That Earn Trust: Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on how new AI capabilities are introduced to customers—ensuring launches build trust, articulate tangible value, and drive adoption rather than skepticism.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, UX, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to align product plans with business goals and customer needs.
• Product Development Leadership: Guide day-to-day development activities including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT. Ensure clear, actionable stories and requirements, including for AI/ML-driven features.
• Thought Partnership: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to inform product strategy and influence the long-term vision for Stella and ServiceTrade's broader AI roadmap.
• Industry & Technology Awareness: Track market trends, competitors, and emerging AI technologies to help ServiceTrade stay ahead of industry needs and disruptions.
• Champion AI in Your Own Workflow: Use AI tools to improve your own workflows—from research and requirements writing to data analysis—and encourage the same practice across your team.

Knowledge and Skills:

Required: 

• 5+ years of SaaS product management experience with a record of successful product delivery, adoption, and impact
• Experience leading or contributing to at least one meaningful AI-powered product or feature launch, with a clear understanding of what separates a launch that drives real adoption from one that generates buzz and nothing else
• Strong technical acumen; comfortable engaging with engineers on architecture, APIs, mobile platforms (iOS/Android), and AI/ML integration concerns
• Strategic thinker who can dive deep into details without losing sight of business goals
• Excellent communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders, from frontline teams to executives
• Equally comfortable interviewing a customer or working with a software engineer on technical requirements
• Intellectually curious about AI—both as a product capability you help bring to market and as a set of tools that can make your own work faster and better
• Prior experience shipping AI or agentic workflow products, particularly in a B2B SaaS context
• Versed in agile (lowercase “a”) development with a bias for action and adaptability, keeping a strong strategic compass while quickly and enthusiastically adapting to changing tactical conditions
• Strong customer orientation and ability to translate insights into product innovation
• Proactive, self-starting problem solver who takes ownership and initiative, knowing when to dive deep independently and when to pull in expertise
• Comfortable navigating evolving priorities in a growing company and enjoy having the autonomy to shape solutions

Preferred: 

• Experience working with field service management products
• Background in scaling product capabilities across platforms and partners
• Familiarity with mobile product development and workforce productivity tools
