The Role

• Own and maintain a single, prioritized product backlog that reflects strategy, customer, partner, and operational needs
• Present product updates, roadmaps, narratives, and demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders
• Align internal scrum teams around product vision and strategic goals
• Lead and mentor product managers and owners, fostering their success and growth

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, 3+ years in a senior or lead role
• Proven ability to manage a backlog across stakeholders with competing priorities
• Experience leading and mentoring product managers and product owners
• Strong understanding of agile and Scrum methodologies, and experience working closely with engineering and scrum teams
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to present to executive and external audiences
• Must live and work remotely in the Eastern or Central time zone of the USA (no New York state)
• Okay with travel for customer or company meetings
• You'll need to do an in-person identity proofing
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare technology, health IT, or digital health platforms
• Familiarity with federal healthcare programs (VA, DoD, CMS)
• History of building products within compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP
• Familiarity with provider network management, care navigation, or scheduling platforms
• Recent experience delivering AI capabilities and features
• Background in enterprise SaaS product management
• Experience working in a startup or growth-stage company where flexibility and ownership are valued
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) is a plus
