Senior Product Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in United States.

Own and evolve the product experiences that enable organizations to design, manage, and measure corporate wellness programs.
You will help shape the product strategy and roadmap while translating customer needs and market opportunities into impactful solutions.
The role combines product discovery, data-driven decision-making, cross-functional leadership, and end-to-end product ownership.
You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to bring products from concept through launch and continuous optimization.
A key focus will be data-heavy experiences such as analytics, reporting, dashboards, AI-enabled capabilities, and complex business logic.
You will champion user-centered design while establishing measurable outcomes and ensuring products deliver meaningful value to customers.

Accountabilities:

• Shape and execute product strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.
• Lead product discovery through market research, user interviews, competitive analysis, and other methods to identify opportunities and validate concepts.
• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation and development through launch, measurement, and post-launch optimization.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market execution.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic objectives.
• Translate complex product concepts into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable plans for agile teams.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure product performance, understand outcomes, and guide continuous improvement.
• Advocate for user-centered design and help ensure intuitive, effective, and engaging product experiences.
• Own product experiences related to program configuration, reporting, analytics, and insights that demonstrate program impact.
• Use customer feedback, market intelligence, and product data to refine priorities and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Communicate product strategy and decisions through clear product briefs, presentations, training materials, documentation, and compelling storytelling.
• Work effectively across organizational levels to align stakeholders, resolve ambiguity, and maintain momentum from discovery through delivery.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience, with strong experience developing B2B or B2BC SaaS products.
• Demonstrated experience owning data-heavy product features such as analytics, reporting, dashboards, AI capabilities, or complex business logic.
• Strong product discovery experience, including market research, user interviews, competitive analysis, and concept validation.
• Ability to break down complex or ambiguous problems into structured, executable solutions and plans.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and measure outcomes.
• Excellent communication, writing, storytelling, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of customer-centered product development and experience delivering products from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Familiarity with health risk assessments, scoring models, predictive analytics, or related wellness technologies is helpful but not required.
• Comfortable operating in a distributed and flexible work environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
• Passion for technology, wellness, and building products that create meaningful experiences and measurable outcomes.
