• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in product management within a technical environment, preferably in
  software or SaaS-based products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a competitive market.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, product development frameworks, and project management
  tools.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance short-term execution with long-term vision.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical
  stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive data-
  informed decisions.
• Hands-on experience with software development workflows, quality assurance processes, and
  technical feasibility assessment.
• Capable of working independently while influencing and guiding cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and a results-oriented mindset.

• Own and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of key product initiatives, ensuring alignment
  with business goals, market demands, and customer needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-
  impact product solutions that drive business growth.
• Develop detailed, testable product requirements, acceptance criteria, workflows, and mockups that clearly communicate expected behavior to Engineering, Design, and QA.
• Understand complex customer and operational workflows, identify the underlying product need, and distinguish scalable product requirements from customer-specific configuration or process requests.
• Serve as the senior product escalation point for critical customer issues, go-live blockers, and product gaps.
• Define and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements
  based on customer feedback, competitive landscape, and strategic business objectives.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing, and
  customer success teams to drive product adoption and market expansion.
• Act as a senior stakeholder in high-level strategic discussions, influencing executive leadership
  on product direction and investment decisions.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and
  continuous improvement.
• Drive data-driven decision-making by defining and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs)
  to assess product performance, identify improvement areas, and optimize growth opportunities.
• Engage with customers, industry experts, and key stakeholders to understand pain points,
  emerging trends, and evolving market dynamics.
• Lead and oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring
  seamless execution, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery.
• Own cross-functional alignment and stakeholder communication, ensuring transparency on
  product strategy, roadmap progress, and key business metrics.
• Stay ahead of industry advancements, competitive movements, and technology trends to drive
  product differentiation and innovation.
• Represent the product vision internally and externally, including executive presentations,
  customer engagements, and industry events.
