- The Senior Product Design Engineer at CONAX TECHNOLOGIES LLC will lead the design and development of innovative products, ensuring they meet customer needs and company standards. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product functionality, quality, and performance while adhering to project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of new products from concept through production, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and manufacturing, to optimize product designs and processes.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends, integrating findings into product design strategies.
- Develop and maintain detailed design documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.
- Utilize advanced design software and tools to create and test prototypes, ensuring functionality and performance meet established criteria.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Continuously evaluate and improve design processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the product design and development process.
- Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve product designs and outcomes.
Qualifications: Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design engineering, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading design projects from concept through production.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, marketing, and sales.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and precision in design work.
