  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and translate business questions into analytical solutions.

  • Apply established data standards, taxonomy, and governance requirements to external workforce reporting and analytics.

  • Monitor data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity across workforce-related systems, including VMS, HRIS, procurement, and financial systems.

  • Research and resolve data discrepancies in partnership with system owners and business stakeholders.

  • Recommend enhancements to data definitions, controls, processes, and reporting standards.

  • Support technology teams with data requirements, testing, reporting enhancements, and analytics-related system improvements.

  • Document reporting methodologies, business rules, data definitions, and analytical processes.

  • Analyze external workforce cost drivers, rate trends, supplier performance, spending patterns, rate cards, pricing structures, workforce mix, and spend controls.

  • Conduct benchmarking and comparative analyses to identify potential cost savings and efficiency opportunities.

  • Support sourcing and supplier strategies through data-backed analysis and recommendations.

  • Measure and report on the financial and operational impact of workforce initiatives.

  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, HR, Technology, and business teams to provide workforce data and analytical support.

  • Translate complex data and analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Prepare analyses and materials supporting business cases, leadership presentations, sourcing initiatives, and workforce planning activities.

  • Build productive working relationships across functions to understand business needs and improve the usefulness of workforce reporting.

  • Serve as a knowledge resource on external workforce data, reporting, and analytics, and provide analytical guidance and share best practices with less experienced team members as appropriate.

  • Support reporting and oversight related to external workforce governance and compliance requirements.

  • Monitor and report on non-FTE resources, including workforce populations with system or technology access.

  • Provide visibility into external workforce composition, including contractors, vendors, affiliated entities, regulators, and customer testers, as applicable.

  • Identify data quality or reporting issues that may create governance, financial, operational, or compliance risks.

  • Support adherence to organizational policies, data standards, controls, and applicable regulatory expectations.

  • Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable external workforce reporting and analysis that improves visibility into spend, demand, utilization, and supplier performance and supports workforce planning, sourcing, and cost-management decisions.

  • Identify meaningful trends, risks, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities while improving reporting efficiency, data quality, and consistency through continuous process improvement.

What you will bring:

  • 4–7 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, finance, workforce planning, procurement analytics, or a related discipline.
