Senior Partner Success Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Partner Success Manager based in United States.

This role combines strategic partnership management, client advisory, and growth within a mission-driven, high-growth environment. You will own a portfolio of employer partners and serve as a trusted advisor, helping them maximize the value of innovative education and workforce solutions. You’ll use storytelling, data, and a deep understanding of partner objectives to build engagement, strengthen relationships, and identify opportunities for expansion. The position works closely with Sales, Implementation, Product, Marketing, and Talent Fulfillment to ensure partners experience seamless launches and measurable outcomes. You’ll also help solve technical and operational challenges, support adoption, and guide partners through change. Accountabilities:

• Own and develop a portfolio of employer partners, serving as a strategic advisor and advocate while building trusted, long-term relationships.
• Deliver engaging partner interactions using storytelling, visuals, and measurable impact examples to communicate the value and creativity of the solutions being delivered.
• Lead strategic conversations around partners’ multi-year goals, hiring strategies, workforce needs, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Maintain a strong understanding of product capabilities, creative work, talent fulfillment roadmaps, and performance metrics to provide credible guidance.
• Partner with Sales and Implementation teams to facilitate onboarding and ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment from pre-sale through ongoing partnership management.
• Guide partners through scoping and technical problem-solving, translating requirements into actionable solutions and supporting training, change management, and adoption.
• Monitor partner performance metrics and feedback to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
• Conduct high-impact business reviews and regular partner touchpoints to strengthen satisfaction, demonstrate value, and support long-term growth.
• Collaborate across internal teams to present materials, insights, and solutions with the appropriate context and ensure partners understand the full value of the work.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing training, recommendations, and insights that help partners maximize the value of the services provided.

Requirements

• Experience in account management, customer success, management consulting, or another client- or customer-facing role.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to identify partner challenges and risks and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and alignment across diverse audiences.
• Strategic thinking combined with strong execution skills, balancing long-term partner objectives with immediate business and customer needs.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and confidently through conversations, presentations, storytelling, and other engagement formats.
• Collaborative mindset and experience working across multiple departments to develop cohesive strategies and execute cross-functional initiatives.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving, high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with education benefits, workforce development, or upskilling programs is a plus.
• Experience working with Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition stakeholders is a plus.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Availability to work remotely within the ET or CT time zones and willingness to travel as required.

• $110,000–$145,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and industry knowledge.
