Senior Partner Success Implementation Engineer

This senior technical role is responsible for helping partners successfully implement, adopt, and optimize enterprise technology solutions at scale. You will lead complex implementations, provide advanced troubleshooting, and guide partners through deployment and operational readiness. The position combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic collaboration across Partner Success, Technical Account Management, Product, Engineering, and other teams. You will influence product improvements by advocating for partner needs and identifying opportunities to strengthen the customer experience. As a senior resource, you will also mentor engineers, develop technical best practices, and contribute to enablement initiatives. The role offers a collaborative, global environment with opportunities to engage directly with strategic partners and influence long-term technical success.

Accountabilities:

• Provide expert-level technical guidance, troubleshooting, and platform expertise to partner customers following implementation and readiness activities.
• Lead complex technical implementations involving advanced configuration, integrations, deployment architecture, and scalable onboarding strategies.
• Manage high-visibility and escalated technical issues, driving timely resolution and maintaining strong platform performance.
• Advocate for partner needs and product enhancements by collaborating with Product and Engineering teams and communicating technical requirements effectively.
• Partner with Technical Account Managers and Partner Success Managers to assess technical maturity, identify gaps, and develop adoption strategies.
• Guide the transition from implementation to steady-state support, ensuring clear handoffs and operational continuity.
• Develop technical playbooks, best practices, documentation, training resources, and lessons learned that can be shared across partner accounts.
• Mentor Implementation Engineers and lead internal knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen technical capabilities across the Partner Success organization.
• Lead executive business reviews and represent partner technical requirements in strategic planning and operational forums.
• Monitor technology, industry, and deployment trends to help partners adopt effective and scalable technical approaches.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, technical support, professional services, or another technical customer-facing role.
• Strong ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues involving integrations, APIs, configurations, and deployment environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical projects, influencing stakeholders, and collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with expansion sales, customer development, account management, or similar partner-facing activities, ideally within a technical environment.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, or a comparable combination of education and professional experience.
• Ability to leverage emerging AI capabilities to improve selling, support, implementation, and customer-success efficiency.
• Experience working with channel or reseller organizations is an advantage.
• Experience within a global technology, SaaS, professional services, or solution delivery organization is preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud architectures, API ecosystems, enterprise deployment patterns, or global partner and channel ecosystems is beneficial.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% regionally, with occasional international travel as required for partner meetings, business reviews, and strategic initiatives.
