Senior Oracle EBS Technical Developer(Washington DC, DC) Job DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Senior Oracle Technical Developer designs, develops, andsupports custom components in Oracle E-Business Suite R12,including RICEW objects, OIC integrations, custom PL/SQLpackages, Workflows, OAF/Forms customizations, and EBSconcurrent programs. The developer collaborates withfunctional analysts, architects, and business owners to deliverreliable, scalable, and audit-compliant technical solutionsacross Oracle Financials and Procurement environments.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Design & Development• Develop and maintain RICEW components (Reports,Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) consistentwith internal technical design standards.• Build and optimize PL/SQL programs, including custompackages, procedures, views, and database objects• Implement and support concurrent programs, validations,and staging-table frameworks for inbound/outboundintegrations.• Support OIC integrations, file-based data pipelines,schedulers, REST/SOAP integrations, and error-handlingframeworks consistent with OIC patterns.• Create OTBI/BIP reports and EBS XML Publisher components.Technical Architecture & Standards• Ensure compliance with EBS 12.2 online patching (ADOP)requirements and coding standards.• Conduct performance tuning of SQL, PL/SQL, workflows, andinterface programs.• Maintain custom objects in line with technical governanceprocesses and RICEW development life cycle.• Adhere to internal environment, migration, and deploymentStandards.
