GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Senior Office Administrator handles a variety of tasks including but not limited to Accounting, Payroll, Human Resources, and professional operation of the front office.  All activities are done in a way that represents Gasbarre Products, Inc. in a professional manner.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Accounts payable / Accounts receivable
Financial reporting
Account reconciliation
Preparing & Processing Payroll 

    Reporting
    General Ledger Entries
    3rd Party Payroll Payments
    Cash Requirements
    Bonus Processing

Petty Cash
Assist Human Resources 

    PTO / Holiday Tracking
    Open Enrollment
    Benefit Billing
    Cobra Administration
    Special projects Events

Any other duties as directed / required.

QualificationsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Excellent Communication (Verbal & Written)
Excellent Organization
Self-Motivation & Problem Solving
Advanced Accounting Skills
MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Experience with Visual & Paycom Software Programs is a plus

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum of an associate’s degree in business or 2-3 years’ experience of operating at a high level in an accounting position required.  Human Resources experience is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This job requires sitting, walking, standing, driving, and minimal lifting.
