Senior Marketing Manager - Remote

The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to build the execution engine behind SQA’s unified revenue team. This is not a brand or coordinator seat. This is the operator who helps the executive team shape the strategy and turns it into shipped programs across content, demand generation, ABM, and events. You’ll be supporting new-logo pursuits inside Aerospace & Defense, Life Sciences, and the broader regulated-industries client base.

Reporting to the CRO, you’ll work alongside key stakeholders and external creative and execution partners to keep every campaign on brand, on track, and on time. You will own the day-to-day build: HubSpot, LinkedIn, landing pages, trade show logistics, content distribution, paid media. You will connect every dollar to pipeline.

This seat scales as the marketing function scales.

This is a remote position with quarterly travel to our headquarters in Los Angeles, CA.

What You'll Do

•    Build the campaigns. Own end-to-end execution of email, landing pages, and nurture workflows in HubSpot (with the support of RevOps) along with Segmentation, list hygiene, lead scoring, UTMs, links, and forms.
•    Run the ABM motion. Execute account list research and tier coordination. Manage LinkedIn matched audiences and paid campaigns by industry. Coordinate contact enrichment, CRM enrollment, and 1:1 / 1: few landing page builds with external creative.
•    Own the events calendar. Full logistics for trade shows, industry conferences, and field events: registration, vendors, shipping, and giveaways. Build target lists. Run pre-event promo and post-event follow-up sequences.
•    Ship the content. Distribute guides, case studies, blog posts, and thought leadership across web, email, and social. Brief and manage SQA’s external creative partner on landing pages, ad creative, and event collateral. Nothing off-brand ships.
•    Own organic and paid social. Run SQA’s LinkedIn presence: cadence, calendar, community management. Execute paid social and digital in support of demand gen and ABM. Coach Team SQA to amplify company content on personal LinkedIn.
•    Connect marketing to pipeline. Partner with sales, client success, and solution engineering as one revenue team. Maintain campaign attribution and CRM hygiene. Bring data-backed observations forward before anyone asks.
•    Report the truth. Pull performance from HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and paid platforms. 
•    Run the plan. Maintain campaign calendars, briefs, launch checklists, and cross-functional dependencies across demand gen, ABM, events, and paid media. 

What Disqualifies You:
•    Pure brand, PR, or creative background with no demand generation execution.
•    Career agency-side with no in-house ownership of a marketing calendar.
•    B2C or e-commerce only. This is regulated B2B. Different buyer, different cycle.
•    Manager of managers with no recent hands-on-keyboard build experience. This seat builds.
•    Cannot point to campaigns you owned end-to-end that produced measurable pipeline.

Required Qualifications•    4–7 years of B2B marketing execution experience. Track record of independently owning campaigns end-to-end.
•    Hands-on generalist. You move fluidly between demand gen, ABM, content, events, and paid in the same week without dropping the ball on any of them.
•    Strong HubSpot proficiency: emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, lead scoring, data hygiene. You build it. You don’t hand it off.
•    Working command of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads. Contact enrichment experience with tools like Clay is a plus.
•    B2B trade show and conference experience from logistics through follow-up. You’ve been on the floor, not just in the plan.
•    Attention to detail that catches broken links, wrong UTMs, missing tracking, and wrong audience segments before anything goes live.
•    Proactive communicator. You surface issues before they become problems. You work well directly across a revenue team and with external agency partners.
•    Comfortable with AI tools and modern marketing technology. 
•    Experience in a regulated or technical B2B industry (Aerospace, Defense, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Medical Device) strongly preferred.
•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field

\n$125,000 - $145,000 a yearCompetitive Bonus
