Summary of the Position

Ampd Energy is growing fast, and  we are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to help scale our global marketing capability to the next level.

Based remotely in the United States, this role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer. This is a hands-on global role focused on building the Ampd brand, engaging strategic accounts, generating demand and supporting commercial growth across our markets.

We are looking for a modern B2B marketer who combines strong marketing fundamentals with expertise in Account-Based Marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, content, marketing technology and AI. You will work closely with cross functional teams - Sales/Commercial, PreSales/Application Engineering and Product teams to translate our strategy and technical capabilities into compelling campaigns, customer engagement and measurable commercial opportunities.

A key part of this role will be helping Ampd use AI and automation to scale how we market and sell. This includes building and deploying AI agents and automated workflows for areas such as market and account intelligence, competitive research, content development, lead generation and qualification, campaign execution and sales enablement.

This role is not about simply using AI to create content faster. We are looking for someone who understands how AI, agents and automation can fundamentally improve the way a modern marketing and commercial organization operates.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute global marketing programs aligned with Ampd's commercial strategy and growth priorities.

• Build and execute Account-Based Marketing programs targeting Ampd's highest-priority customers, prospects and strategic accounts.

• Partner closely with regional Sales teams to develop demand-generation programs that create qualified opportunities and measurable pipeline.

• Develop campaigns supporting new products, applications, geographic markets and strategic commercial initiatives.

• Build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows that improve marketing and commercial effectiveness, speed and scalability.

• Apply AI to market research, account intelligence, competitive monitoring, content development, personalization, lead qualification, campaign optimization and sales enablement.

• Identify manual and repetitive Marketing and Commercial activities that can be improved or automated through AI.

• Connect HubSpot, marketing platforms, data sources and AI tools to create scalable marketing workflows.

• Own and continuously improve Ampd's digital presence, including website performance, SEO/SEM, AI-search visibility, digital campaigns and social channels.

• Build a scalable content engine supporting customer education, thought leadership, demand generation and sales conversion.

• Develop high-quality sales enablement materials including presentations, playbooks, case studies, application content and competitive positioning.

• Translate Ampd's technical capabilities and customer applications into clear, compelling commercial value propositions.

• Develop a structured approach to market and competitive intelligence and use AI-enabled tools to identify market trends, customer opportunities and competitive activity.

• Work closely with Sales Operations to improve HubSpot utilization, lead management, marketing attribution and visibility across the customer journey.

• Measure marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline, strategic account engagement, conversion, campaign performance and ROI.

• Use data and customer insights to continuously improve marketing strategy, investment and execution.

• Maintain a consistent global Ampd brand while enabling effective regional execution.

• Work collaboratively across Commercial, Application Engineering, Product and other functions to support Ampd's continued global growth.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• 7+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, preferably within energy, clean technology, industrial technology, construction equipment, manufacturing or another complex technical industry.

• Demonstrated success developing and executing Account-Based Marketing and demand-generation programs.

• Strong understanding of complex, high-value B2B sales cycles and how Marketing contributes to pipeline and revenue growth.

• Strong digital marketing experience, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, digital campaigns, social media and analytics.

• Experience developing sales enablement, thought leadership and customer-facing content for technical products or solutions.

• Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms; HubSpot experience is strongly preferred.

• Hands-on professional experience applying generative AI within marketing or commercial environments.

• Demonstrated experience building or implementing AI agents, automated workflows or multi-step AI-enabled processes.

• Ability to identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve marketing productivity, customer engagement and commercial effectiveness.

• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring marketing performance, pipeline contribution, conversion and ROI.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling commercial messaging.

• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

• Experience working across multiple geographic markets or supporting global growth is preferred.

• Self-motivated and able to operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving environment.
