We are seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist & Account Manager with 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Eloqua experience and hands-on HubSpot experience to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary partner for our enterprise B2B clients, owning both the high-touch account management and the day-to-day tactical execution of their marketing campaigns. You won't just advise from the sidelines—you will actively plan, build, deploy, and analyze complex campaigns while keeping client projects running smoothly and on schedule.

What You'll Do: 

Client & Account Management 

• Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the day-to-day trusted advisor for assigned B2B client accounts, managing project intake, timelines, and deliverables. 

• Campaign Planning: Partner with clients to plan their marketing roadmaps, translating high-level business goals into production-ready Eloqua campaign briefs. 

• Project Oversight: Manage project scope, set realistic timelines, and lead regular status meetings to keep clients aligned and informed. 

• Stakeholder Navigation: Manage client expectations on timelines and scope, and navigate a client's internal legal, compliance, or brand review processes where needed. 

Hands-on Eloqua Execution & Operations 

• Campaign Build & Deploy: Design, test, and execute complex, automated multi-step nurture programs, event-triggered streams, and batch emails using Eloqua Campaign and Program Canvases. 

• HubSpot Operations: Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, lists, and reporting; experience migrating between or running parallel Eloqua/HubSpot instances is a strong plus. 

• Asset Development: Code, edit, and troubleshoot responsive HTML/CSS email templates, landing pages, and web forms that match client brand standards. 

• Data & Lifecycle Architecture: Implement advanced B2B lead scoring, custom data objects (CDOs), automated segmentation, and bidirectional CRM synchronization (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle CX). 

• Reporting & Analytics: Generate performance reports, analyze key metrics (deliverability, engagement, conversion), and present actionable optimization strategies to clients.

What You'll Bring:

• Eloqua Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on, daily technical configuration and campaign deployment experience specifically within Oracle Eloqua. 

• Hubspot Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience, including workflows, lists, and reporting. 

• B2B Experience: Deep understanding of complex B2B buying lifecycles, lead routing protocols, account-based marketing (ABM), and revenue operations (RevOps). 

• Client-Facing Track Record: 3+ years in an agency or client-facing corporate role with proven success managing client communication, expectations, and feedback loops. 

• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email rendering, advanced Microsoft Excel for data management, and native CRM integrations. 

• Compliance & Governance: Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices and global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM). 

• Certifications: Oracle Certified Eloqua Master or Luminary status is highly preferred; HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Workflows) a plus. 

• Database & Platform-Agnostic Thinking: Strong understanding of relational databases and data structures (not just platform UI knowledge) — able to reason deduplication and segmentation logic in a way that transfers across marketing automation/selection tools, not tied to Eloqua or HubSpot specifically.
