Senior Manager, Product Launch

As a Senior Manager, Product Launch at Vynamic, you will serve as a trusted advisor to life sciences clients, leading complex product launch and commercialization engagements from strategy through execution. You will partner with senior client stakeholders to define launch strategies, establish governance, optimize operating models, and guide cross-functional execution across the commercialization lifecycle.

As the engagement leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client outcomes while coaching consulting teams, cultivating client relationships, contributing to business development, and advancing Vynamic's Product Launch capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Product Launch Engagements: Serve as the engagement lead for strategic product launch consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong team performance, and exceptional client outcomes.
• Executive Client Partnership: Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, providing strategic guidance throughout the commercialization lifecycle.
• Launch Strategy & Readiness: Design and lead integrated launch strategies, launch readiness assessments, governance models, and cross-functional planning efforts that enable successful product launches.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other client functions to align priorities and drive execution.
• Strategic Analysis & Recommendations: Be mindful of and understand market dynamics, competitive intelligence, customer insights, and organizational capabilities to develop actionable recommendations.
• Project Leadership & Risk Management: Lead engagement planning, proactively manage risks and issues, facilitate executive decision-making, and ensure successful project execution.
• People Development: Mentor and coach consultants, providing ongoing feedback and creating opportunities for professional growth.
• Business Development: Support proposal development, thought leadership, and client relationship expansion to grow Vynamic's Product Launch practice.
• Practice Development: Contribute to methodologies, intellectual capital, and best practices that strengthen Vynamic's commercialization and launch offerings.
• Inclusive Leadership: Foster an environment where diverse perspectives are valued and collaboration drives innovative client solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA, MS, PharmD, PhD, or other advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in life sciences consulting or the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, with significant experience leading product launch, commercialization, or launch excellence initiatives.
• Demonstrated success leading multiple product launches from strategy through execution.
• Deep understanding of launch planning, commercialization strategy, launch readiness, governance, and cross-functional operating models.
• Experience partnering with Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership teams.
• Proven ability to lead complex consulting engagements, manage multiple workstreams, and oversee project financials.
• Experience developing client relationships and contributing to business development, proposal writing, and account growth.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development experience.

This is a full-time role and will follow a hybrid work environment in either Boston, Durham, Philadelphia, or New York City. We are also open to fully remote work arrangements for qualified candidates.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
