As Senior Marketing Manager, Sephora at Kohl’s Loyalty, you’ll lead loyalty marketing activities for Sephora at Kohl’s, driving Beauty Insider member acquisition, engagement, retention, and sampling redemption across retail and ecommerce channels. The work you do will impact beauty, as you shape client-centric loyalty strategies and experiences that strengthen engagement and fuel business growth across the Sephora at Kohl’s partnership. You’ll be part of a highly cross-functional team united in beauty, supported by partners who are equally passionate about loyalty strategy, client experience, and delivering seamless marketing programs across Sephora and Kohl’s.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead efforts to acquire and engage Beauty Insider members across Sephora at Kohl’s retail and ecommerce channels.
• Partner with internal and external leadership to support new member acquisition goals and evolving loyalty KPIs.
• Help define the loyalty roadmap and develop initiatives that support the client journey, including loyalty and promotional campaigns.
• Serve as the marketing subject matter expert for loyalty-related technology projects, including supporting collateral and creative updates.
• Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for loyalty initiatives in partnership with Sephora Beauty Insider and Kohl’s Rewards teams.
• Identify opportunities to drive new client acquisition, deepen program engagement, and increase client lifetime value.
• Guide the integration of Sephora at Kohl’s across loyalty programs, client journeys, and CRM communications to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Partner with Kohl’s Rewards on dual rewards marketing strategies that improve enrollment and highlight a key value proposition of shopping Sephora at Kohl’s.
• Monitor redemption KPIs for rewards, sample bags, and birthday gifts, and partner on sample assortment planning.
• Manage point earn and burn estimates and oversee the Sephora at Kohl’s Beauty Insider program budget in coordination with Analytics and Finance.

What You’ll Bring:

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, program management, strategy, and/or loyalty program management.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong marketing acumen and understanding of the client point of view.
• Proven ability to collaborate across complex cross-functional programs and partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A positive, flexible, roll-up-your-sleeves approach and a passion for Sephora, its clients, and marketing.

What You’ll Get: 

The annual base salary range for this position is $135,660.00 - $151,620.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
