Job Description
About Hi-Altitude Brands
Hi-Altitude Brands, through our flagship brand, Stonehenge Health, is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer supplement company on a mission to help people live healthier, more vibrant lives. We develop premium, science-backed formulations featuring clinically studied branded ingredients that set us apart from competitors. Our products are sold through our website, Amazon, and Walmart, reaching hundreds of thousands of customers nationwide.
We are a fully remote team that values autonomy, ownership, and results. We move fast, test constantly, and hold ourselves to high standards. If you thrive in environments where your work has a direct, measurable impact, you will fit right in.
Position Overview
We're hiring a Sr. Manager, Marketing Analytics & Insights, to be the analytical backbone of our marketing organization. You’ll own analytics across the full marketing funnel — acquisition, brand, and retention — and turn complex data into clear recommendations on where to invest, what to test, and what to do next.
You’ll lead MMM, MTA, incrementality testing, executive reporting, and predictive modeling, while helping us evolve our analytics infrastructure. You’ll inherit a strong foundation across BigQuery, Power BI, SQL, and Python and play a key role in evaluating and transitioning to a more modern, AI-augmented analytics platform.
You’ll report to the Chief Retention Officer, who will provide strategic direction while relying on you as the subject-matter expert for analytics, methodology, and data-driven decision-making.

- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to CEO/COO-level audiences.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and manage long-term projects.
