The Senior Industry Advisor is a senior individual contributor who brings deep Property Care industry expertise into product, sales, implementation, and customer success activities.
You will serve as a trusted operator voice, helping teams make informed decisions grounded in real-world trade experience.
The role spans pest, lawn, pool, arbor, and irrigation businesses and works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
You will influence product priorities, strengthen market positioning, support complex implementations, and help strategic customers navigate operational challenges.
Your industry credibility will also play an important role in prospect conversations, industry events, and relationships with key trade organizations.
This is a highly visible opportunity for an experienced operator who can translate complex industry needs into practical business and technology solutions.

Accountabilities:

• Product: Advise Product teams on feature decisions, tradeoffs, and requirements from an operator's perspective, including reviewing product requirement documents and providing guidance on custom versus standardized reporting needs.
• Translate quarterly business review feedback and customer insights into prioritized recommendations for the product roadmap.
• Market Development: Represent the organization at relevant Property Care industry conferences and events, build relationships with key trade organizations, and develop market point-of-view documents for internal and customer-facing audiences.
• Sales: Participate in prospect pitches and sales calls to provide industry credibility, answer trade-specific questions, and engage in operator-to-operator conversations. Help shape go-to-market materials and value propositions based on practical industry experience.
• Implementations: Support discovery on nuanced or ambiguous operational topics during customer onboarding, act as an escalation point for complex implementation challenges, and serve as an internal resource for trade-specific questions.
• Provide dedicated support to high-priority named accounts, bringing an experienced operator perspective to implementation and customer discussions.
• Customer Success: Translate customer requests, operational challenges, and pain points into clear recommendations for relevant teams, while supporting complex escalations and strategic accounts.

Requirements:

• Senior-level experience within the Property Care industry, with direct oversight of both operations and technology.
• Proven track record of running high-performing operations in enterprise environments.
• Recent experience, ideally within the last 2–3 years, leading technology systems for a Property Care trade, preferably including responsibility for a major platform migration or enterprise-wide rollout.
• Strong market credibility and the ability to establish immediate authority and trust with industry operators.
• Exceptional verbal communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain complex operational topics clearly to both industry and technology audiences.
• Deep operational knowledge of recurring revenue and service agreements, technician routing, route-density optimization, chemical tracking and compliance, and multi-location or multi-brand operations.
• Ability to operate effectively across Product, Sales, Implementations, Customer Success, and senior leadership teams.
• Direct experience with M&A integrations, platform consolidations, or multi-brand rollups is preferred.
• Strong judgment, business acumen, and the ability to translate hands-on operational experience into strategic recommendations.
