We are looking to hire Senior Functional Manager professionals to support our ACES FoS software development efforts with Business and Enterprise Systems, GBM. ACES FoS (ARIS, FES-IMS) is a family of management information systems that support the base Civil Engineer (CE) and provides commanders and managers - internal and external to the CE Community - current information in peace or wartime decision making. Automated Readiness Information System (ARIS) supports base level and higher Headquarters Civil Engineer (CE) functions in day-to-day operations to prepare for deployment and maintain a high rate of UTC readiness.
Responsibilities:
- Provide functional leadership and oversight for ARIS capabilities under the ACES FoS contract
- Serve as the primary functional point of contact between government stakeholders, program management, and technical teams
- Translate operational and mission needs into clear functional requirements and priorities
- Oversee functional analysis, requirements validation, and user acceptance activities
- Coordinate with development, testing, and PMO teams to ensure solutions meet user and contract requirements
- Provide Tier II helpdesk support, including direct interaction with end users to resolve functional and system issues
- Troubleshoot application, data, and workflow issues, escalating defects and complex problems as required
- Support configuration management, change control, and cybersecurity compliance activities
- Validate system functionality and releases against contract, PWS, and operational requirements
Qualifications:
- 8–10+ years of experience supporting enterprise or mission-critical information systems
- 5+ years in a senior functional manager, requirements, or business systems leadership role
- Demonstrated experience providing Tier II helpdesk support and direct end-user interaction
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex applications, data, and workflow issues
- Experience working directly with government stakeholders and program management
- Strong knowledge of requirements management, change control, and user acceptance processes
- Familiarity with Agile development environments and system sustainment lifecycles
- Active security clearance required
